General Rules
Respect other players, project staff, and the game environment.
Using exploits, automation, real-money trading, or account sharing to bypass limits is prohibited.
Section I. Rules of In-Game Communication
1. Communication Channels and General Restrictions
1.1. Global channels – chats that unite players based on in-game territorial principles: "World", "General", "Trade", "Defense" (local).
Local chats – channels limited by the character's interaction radius: "/say", "/yell", "/emote", "/battleground", "/party", "/raid".
1.2. In both global and local chats, the following are prohibited:
insults, humiliation, mockery, discriminatory remarks (based on gender, age, nationality, religion, health status, appearance, etc.), as well as any personal attacks;
offensive remarks directed at relatives or close persons – considered a particularly serious violation;
profanity, obscene, immoral, or slang expressions in any form (explicit or veiled);
predominant use of uppercase letters (caps lock) – a violation is defined as more than two consecutive words in caps, except for abbreviations and guild names;
flooding – repeated posting of identical or meaningless messages within a short period, as well as publishing messages that carry no informational value;
using in‑game links (to items, abilities, quests, etc.) combined with obscene or immoral expressions, or abusing links to clutter the chat;
using third‑party tools to alter the color, style, or formatting of message text.
1.3. Frequency of advertisement messages in the "World" channel:
On the Kaelara server – 1 message per 5 minutes per player for regular raid/group recruitment (not related to sales). A link to the recruitment in the Premade Group Finder (PGF) interface is mandatory.
On all other game worlds – 1 message per 15 minutes for any announcements about selling services, runs, loot, achievements, keys, etc. (including gold runs, GB raids, searching for buyers/carries).
Messages about recruiting for an ongoing activity (without sales) are not considered advertisements.
1.4. Posting offers to exchange, buy, or sell in‑game valuables between different game worlds in any chat is prohibited.
Penalty for violations of section 1: chat restriction from 30 to 720 minutes (repeated offences may lead to extended restrictions).
2. Prohibited Content, Advertising, and Gambling

2.1. Any advertising (explicit or implied) of third‑party projects, organizations, websites, goods, or services not related to the Kaelara project is prohibited.
2.2. Special restrictions for the Kaelara server:
In all chats, in‑game mail, and Premade Group Finder (PGF) descriptions, it is forbidden to publish information about the sale/purchase of keys, quests, achievements, loot, raid slots, as well as any recruitment that involves compensation for personal loot, carries, quests, etc. (including gold runs, boosting, searching for “pumpers” or “buyers”).
2.3. Posting messages, links, or references to materials that:
promote violence, cruelty, extremism, incite ethnic hatred, racism, or religious enmity;
contain political or religious appeals, insult religious symbols or figures;
discriminate on the basis of skin colour, ethnicity, or gender;
mention drugs, crime, terrorism, or illegal activities;
propagate non‑traditional sexual relations or gender issues in a provocative manner – is prohibited.
2.4. Distribution of pornographic, NSFW content, as well as materials that defame the Kaelara project or its administration, is strictly forbidden.
2.5. It is forbidden to publish content that harms players or the project:
threats of real‑life violence, harassment, stalking, intimidation, blackmail, extortion;
links to phishing, fraudulent, or hacking websites;
knowingly false information that provokes violations of the rules.
2.6. Organisation or conduct of any gambling activities (casino, betting, etc.) using in‑game communication tools is prohibited.
Penalty: chat ban for 300–1440 minutes and/or account suspension from 1 day to permanent, at the discretion of the administration.
3. Names of Characters, Pets, and Guilds

3.1. The following names for characters and pets are prohibited:
names containing insults, pornography, religious, political, or drug‑related themes, as well as obscene or unreadable symbols;
names that imitate the names of Kaelara administration representatives;
names using alt‑codes (special characters).
3.2. Guild names must also comply with the above requirements. Profanity and immoral expressions are prohibited in guild descriptions.
3.3. The administration reserves the right to forcibly change a character's name, pet's name, or guild name without prior notice.
3.4. Names of inactive characters (level up to 60 – 60 days without login, level 60–80 – 180 days) may be released.
Penalty: forced name change + account suspension for 1–3 days (for repeated violations – up to 7 days).
4. Premade Group Finder Functionality
4.1. It is forbidden to use the description fields, name, or voice chat for:
profanity, insults, immoral phrases;
advertising of guilds, static groups, sales, or any services not related to the current recruitment for a specific in‑game activity.
4.2. All restrictions specified in Section 2 of this Part fully apply to the Premade Group Finder.
Penalty: account suspension from 1 hour to permanent.
Section II. Interaction with Administration
1. Respect and Communication Standards
1.1. It is forbidden to show disrespect, rudeness, threats, or insults toward the administration and moderators, both in-game and on external project platforms.
1.2. It is forbidden to conceal or distort information when communicating with administration representatives, as well as to ignore their lawful requests.
1.3. It is forbidden to dispute administration actions in public chats – all issues shall be resolved through private appeals (tickets, forum, Discord).
1.4. It is forbidden to interfere with the administration's work: spamming, distracting with unrelated questions, or discussing moderators' actions.
1.5. Any statements that defame the Kaelara project or its administration, as well as profanity directed at them, are prohibited.
Penalty: chat restriction from 300 to 1440 minutes and/or account suspension from 1 to 14 days (for repeated violations – up to permanent ban).
2. Discussion of Administration Work

2.1. Public discussion of administration actions and decisions in global and local chats is prohibited.
2.2. Defamation, slander, and dissemination of knowingly false information about the project or its staff are prohibited.
2.3. Impersonating an administration representative is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: chat restriction from 300 to 1440 minutes and/or account suspension from 3 to 14 days.
3. Administration Authority (or Administration Powers)
3.1. The administration has the right to:
monitor compliance with the rules and apply any measures up to and including permanent suspension without providing reasons;
refuse assistance to players at their own discretion;
reward players who actively contribute to the project's development;
impose sanctions for actions not explicitly described in the rules, but which are deemed unethical or harmful to the project;
take measures against players who exploit loopholes in the rules or attempt to circumvent them.
Section III. Fair Play and Combating Unfair Methods
1. Exploitation of Errors (Bugs)
1.1. A bug is defined as any malfunction of game mechanics that provides an advantage outside the intended rules.
1.2. The following are prohibited:
intentionally using bugs to gain profit or harm the server/players;
concealing information about a bug from the administration – this is treated as equivalent to using it;
disseminating information about bugs among other players.
Penalty: account suspension from 1 day to permanent, with confiscation of illegally obtained items and currency.
2. Third‑Party Software

2.1. Automation of gameplay actions (including bots, macros, scripts) is prohibited, as well as the use of addons that disrupt game balance or perform actions on behalf of the player.
2.2. Any programs that provide an advantage over other players (including cheats, wallhacks, auto-cast scripts) are prohibited.
2.3. Concealing the use of third-party software from the administration and distributing such software among players are strictly prohibited.
Penalty: for automation – suspension from 1 day; for using cheats – permanent suspension without possibility of recovery.
3. Fraud and Deception
3.1. The following are prohibited:
sending in‑game mail with cash‑on‑delivery payments containing deliberately false descriptions of the contents;
violating the terms of a trade (item swapping, changing the amount at the last moment, appropriating reagents);
ninja looting (violating the established loot distribution rules).
Penalty: suspension of the main account and all associated accounts for 7–14 days, with confiscation of property obtained through deception (for repeated violations – up to permanent ban).
4. Arena and PvP Activities
4.1. Fixed matches on the arena in any form are prohibited, as well as intentional inaction with the aim of losing or dumping rating.
4.2. If one person plays for two teams from the same IP address on the arena, this is automatically considered a fixed match.
4.3. Inciting others to inaction or refusal to fight is prohibited.
Penalty: disqualification, account suspension from 1 day to permanent (for 1v1 – at the administration's discretion).
5. Battlegrounds
5.1. Intentionally interfering with allies in battlegrounds (e.g., blocking passage, hindering objective completion) is prohibited.
5.2. Calls to surrender, inaction, or lose, as well as public statements of intent to lose, are prohibited.
Penalty: for interference – suspension for 1–7 days; for promoting surrender – chat restriction of 300 minutes or more.
Section IV. Economy, Trade, and Donations
1. Prohibited Transactions
1.1. The sale, purchase, or exchange of any in‑game valuables (gold, items, characters, services) for real money or their equivalents (including bonuses, donations) is prohibited.
1.2. Providing in‑game services (boosting, powerleveling, achievement completion) for real money or any external currencies is prohibited.
1.3. Any advertisements about trading for real money, as well as hints at such deals (e.g., "anyone interested in a charge?", "selling cookies", etc.), are prohibited.
1.4. Messages about boosting (even if they do not contain direct price indications) result in a permanent suspension for both the customer and the provider.
Penalty: account suspension from 7 days to permanent, with confiscation of all valuables obtained through the violation.
2. Evasion of Penalties (or Bypassing Sanctions)
2.1. It is forbidden to create new accounts for the purpose of re‑offending (to bypass a ban).
2.2. It is forbidden to use other players' accounts to send messages on behalf of a banned player.
Penalty: suspension of all associated accounts from 7 days to permanent.
Final Provisions (or Concluding Provisions)
Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability.
All disputable situations are resolved by the administration unilaterally.
The administration reserves the right to amend the rules without prior notice (information about changes is published on the website).
A player who continues to use the server after changes automatically agrees to the new version of the rules.
